      BF1942-JapanCommunityでの議論の結果、以下の変更を適用しました。

      ・枢軸の初期チケットを444→399に変更(株鯖設定時)

      ・連合のチケット減少スピードを毎分16チケットから毎分100チケットに変更(風車以外の全ての旗を奪取時に減少開始)
